Mike Olivia is known as a premiere Exit Planning Professional with his in-depth knowledge and application of the Seven Step Exit Planning ProcessTM and ability to counsel business owners and their advisors on a wide array of business issues ranging from building value within a business to identifying exit objectives, addressing key employee incentive planning and retention issues, incorporating business continuity planning and establishing wealth preservation.
Bill Combs specializes in wealth management, portfolio analysis and client relationships. His unique ability to take complex investment management decisions and communicate them clearly to our clients helps us to provide comprehensive solutions that identify portfolio exposure and volatility by performing a structural, diversification and cost analysis of investment holdings.
Lisa Bertoncin, Executive Assistant, began working with Mike in early 2012. Lisa is integral in coordinating and overseeing office administration while providing an extensive level of support to the entire Olivia Team. A graduate of Montclair State University with her Master’s degree from New York University, Lisa feels a strong alignment with the WestPac Wealth Partners vision and is dedicated to both the team and the clients with whom she interacts with daily.
Pat is a “Guard Dog” at heart. He was recruited to Westpac in March 2013. When not operating as the Chief Operating and Agency Control Officer of Westpac, Pat and his wife, Karin raise, train and rescue German Shepherds.
His credentials and designations include MSFS, CFP, ChFC, CLU and LUTCF. He is a Registered Principal of Park Avenue Securities, LLC. Pat’s career started as fee only CFP in 1989. Later, he spent 10 years at AXA, rising to Divisional Vice President, followed by 10 years of consulting to Merrill Lynch and UBS on Insurance based solutions in the Business/Estate Planning markets.
Pat and Karin are very proud of their 3 adult children and are expecting their 2nd grand child shortly.
